400 events in the City Nights
During Ramadan in 2023, I managed a team of 12 creative and specialized individuals, including designers, writers/content producers, photographers for both still images and videos, and content producers. The aim was to cover all events of the Old City Nights during both morning and evening periods and reach over one million users on Facebook throughout the month.
The coverage plan included:
- Capturing still images of all events
- Producing summary videos of the main events
- Creating "Reels" videos to increase engagement and participation
- Inviting influencers to cover the events and share exclusive content
- Publishing content across prominent pages and social media platforms
- Designing posters and promotional materials for the events
- Writing creative and appealing content for all posts and advertisements
We successfully executed this plan, contributing to achieving our goals and increasing engagement with the content, reaching a wide audience.
